Criminal law
Criminal law is a set of legal provisions regulating prohibited acts and issues of liability for committed offenses or crimes. Criminal liability is regulated by the Penal Code, which contains provisions on what behaviors are prohibited and the consequences for non-compliance with given standards.
Assistance in the field of criminal law includes representing suspects, accused and victims. In the law firm we deal with the defense of a suspect or accused person at all stages of criminal proceedings (preparatory, court, executive) and in misdemeanor cases. We also represent the rights of the aggrieved parties.

- representing the suspect in preparatory proceedings before the Public Prosecutor’s Office and the Police, at the stage of police arrest, and even before official proceedings in the case, in all categories of cases, including the most serious crimes and organized crime,

- defense of the accused before the court in all instances, in all categories of cases, including the most serious crimes and organized crime,
- defense of the accused in misdemeanor cases,
- defense of a sentenced person in executive proceedings, in particular in cases of persons wanted by an arrest warrant, European arrest warrant, for ordering the execution of a sentence, postponement of the execution of a custodial sentence, conditional early release, granting a break in serving a sentence of imprisonment, granting consent to the execution of a custodial sentence in electronic supervision system (so-called electronic supervision),
- representation in juvenile delinquency proceedings,
- representation in proceedings for a joint award,
- representing the aggrieved party in preparatory proceedings before the Public Prosecutor’s Office and the Police,
