Economic law is a set of standards that regulate many issues related to running a business, and also codify the rules of relations between individual economic entities. In this area of ​​law, a division into public and private economic law can be distinguished. The first concerns the principles of functioning of the state, territorial units and European Union bodies in the economy, while the second covers such issues as, for example, competition and consumer protection.
